I believe in all countries there are songs that are sung during a birthday celebration. In The Netherlands, the equivalent to the 'Happy Birthday to You' is 'Lang zal hij/zij leven'.

In Spanish there are 2 of them.One is the famous "Compleaños Feliz" which is the direct translation of the famous English "Happy Birthday". The other, which I believe was the original one, is increadibly religious and obviously not that popular anymore. Here comes the lyrics :

Amiguito que Dios te bendiga
Que reine la paz en tu día
y que cumplas muchos más!!
Also in Catalonia we have the song from the "Club super 3", anys i anys, per molt anys .....
